CARE INSTRUCTIONS

My cake has just arrived - what do I do?

  • Take the cake out of the box.
  • Store the cake in a cool dry place away from any strong odours or fragrances (we’re looking at you, curry powder!).
  • You can store the cake just as they are or pop them in an airtight container (no need to keep them in the fridge until after you decorate them).

Can I refreeze my cake?

Yes, you can refreeze the cake on the day you purchased it. The 'Frozen Best Before' date printed on the label would apply in this case. If you received your cakes delivered direct to you, you can comfortably refreeze the cake for 6 months.

How long will my cake last in the freezer?

If purchased frozen in-store and returned to a freezer before they thaw, you can store them as per the 'Frozen Best Before Date' on their label. Our cakes last 12 months from manufacture date and will taste fantastic right up to that date. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 50 30 40.

How long will my cake last out of the freezer?

The cake will stay fresh and delicious for up to 28 days, as long as it's stored in either its original packaging or in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from any strong odours or fragrances.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?
